We offer a refund and/or exchange within 2 (TWO) working days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility as specified hereunder. Therefore, if 2 working days have passed since delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
  • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The purchased item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Please record a video when you open the parcel. This recorded video must be shared with us if you claim receipt of any damaged goods. Any claims relating to damaged items will not be accepted unless the video is shared. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: (Relevant Address).

Exempt Goods and Services

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Service Consultations fees once the service has started

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 working days of initiating the refund.

Late or missing refunds
  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or the original method of payment. Thereafter contact your credit card company, The banking channels may take some time before your refund is officially transferred.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (email and or phone number)

  • Please the product back to the Service Provider. The details of the Service Provider are available on the website and the same may also be obtained by writing to us at

  • Shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customers and are non-refundable in nature. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our Unit, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, email us at


If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, we will debit a cancellation charge of 2% of the ordered amount. The balance amount shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway.

All commissions payable to Style Buddy by Service Providers on consummated transactions, i.e. exchange of services for consideration, are final and non-refundable.
