Requirements
We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team! This full-time role offers the chance to play a key role in developing strategic partnerships that fuel our continued growth and expand our reach within the fashion industry.
What You'll Do:
Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with StyleBuddy's overall business goals.
Research and evaluate potential partners, assessing their value proposition and market fit.
Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering ongoing collaboration and communication.
Develop and execute joint marketing and promotional campaigns to maximize partnership impact.
Track and analyze partnership performance, measuring success against key metrics.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of StyleBuddy's overall partnership strategy.
Who You Are:
A strategic thinker with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership development or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships that deliver tangible results.
In-depth understanding of the fashion industry and its competitive landscape (a plus).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
