Requirements
We're looking for a talented and results-oriented Leads Conversion Specialist to join our growing team! This full-time role offers the opportunity to play a vital role in our sales funnel, transforming potential customers into raving fans of StyleBuddy's services.
What You'll Do:
Qualify incoming leads generated through marketing and sales efforts.
Engage with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand lead needs and pain points to present personalized solutions and service recommendations.
Negotiate and close deals, exceeding lead conversion targets and quotas.
Build strong relationships with leads, fostering trust and confidence in StyleBuddy.
Track and analyze conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the lead conversion process.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and nurturing strategies.
Who You Are:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the fashion or service industry.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with leads.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of StyleBuddy's services.
In-depth understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to navigate complex objections.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to lead conversion.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools is a plus.
A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the wider team.
