We're looking for a talented and driven Associate Stylist to join our dynamic team! This full-time role offers the chance to wear two hats: building a loyal client base and meticulously managing the delivery of StyleBuddy's services, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, exceeding monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Consult with potential clients to understand their style needs, goals, and budget.
Craft personalized style solutions by recommending the most suitable services from our portfolio (personal styling, personal shopping, wardrobe transformations, etc.).
Manage the client journey from initial consultation to service completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Oversee stylists and service providers assigned to your clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Track and monitor client progress, measuring the success of style transformations.
Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to StyleBuddy.
Who You Are:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, ideally in personal styling, fashion consulting, or retail sales.
Proven experience in client relationship management and exceeding sales targets.
A strong understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to translate them into personalized style solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in fashion terminology and styling tools is a plus.
